Summary
The Starter and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. The Business plan is paid from day one. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the specific cases described below. Cancel anytime.
1. Free Trial (Starter & Pro, 7 Days)
When you subscribe to the Starter or Pro plan for the first time, you get a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but do not charge it during the trial.
The Business plan does not include a free trial — subscribing means your card is charged immediately at checkout. If you want to try the product before committing to Business, start on Starter or Pro and upgrade from the Billing page once you're ready.
You can cancel the trial any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Canceling during the trial incurs zero charge. You keep access until the end of the 7 days.
2. After the Trial
On day 8, your card is charged the monthly rate for your selected plan. Billing repeats monthly until you cancel.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep service until the end of the cycle you already paid for, and no further charges are made. We don't pro-rate or refund unused days of a paid month.
3. Annual or Upfront Payments
LeadVault currently only offers monthly billing. If we introduce annual plans in the future, any refund terms for them will be explicitly listed on the billing page at sign-up — this policy section will be updated accordingly.
4. How to Cancel
- Sign in at the LeadVault dashboard
- Click "Billing" in the sidebar
- Click "Manage subscription"
- Click "Cancel subscription" in the Stripe portal that opens
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Your phone number is released and call data retention begins counting down per your plan.
5. Exceptional Refunds
We'll issue a refund outside the above rules in these specific cases:
- Accidental double-charge: Stripe billing error that charged you twice.
- Service failure within the first billing cycle: If the service demonstrably failed to function for a significant portion of your first paid month (e.g., assistant offline for 24+ hours without notice, widespread outage attributable to us), we'll pro-rate a refund on request.
- Unauthorized use of your account: If someone else signed up using your email/card without your authorization, contact us immediately — we'll investigate and refund if verified.
Refund requests must be made by email within 30 days of the charge. We'll respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us money and time that could have been resolved faster with a direct refund. Accounts that file chargebacks without first contacting us may be suspended pending review.
