Every major US carrier: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Google Fi, and most regional providers. T-Mobile business lines occasionally need you to call support to disable voicemail (it overrides forwarding) — we walk you through that on setup if it comes up.

It takes a detailed message with their name, number, email, and what they called about, then flags the card for your follow-up. Nothing ever gets dropped — worst case you get a 'please call back' note with full context, same as a good human receptionist would take.

You still get the partial transcript and whatever info was captured. Vapi records the whole call as it happens, not at the end, so even a 10-second call produces a card. Short calls just mean the AI didn't finish gathering details — you'll see what it got.

Included in your plan. Starter covers 100 calls/month, Pro and Business are unlimited. Each call is capped at 5 minutes and auto-ends on 30 seconds of silence, so no runaway costs. Under the hood the real cost is about 75¢–$1 per typical call — cheaper than a single missed lead.
